Before booking on our campsite please take some time to read our terms and conditions. They include important information about your booking, site facilities and your stay with us. 

 

Please note that we do not accept bookings made by people under the age of 18. By placing a booking with Riverside Camping and Caravans you are representing that you are 18 years of age or over. 

When confirming your booking at Riverside Camping and Caravans you are confirming that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

'You' refers to the  person making and paying for a booking at Riverside Camping and Caravans and all members of their party of guests included in the booking. 

'We' and 'Us' refers to the owners of Riverside Camping and Caravans.

 

General terms and conditions relating to bookings and the use and enjoyment of Riverside Camping and Caravans:

We aim to provide all our campers with a peaceful and enjoyable stay. In order to adhere to this experience we ask that you adhere to the following terms, conditions and general site rules. Thank You. 

• Dogs: We ask that dogs are kept on leads to ensure safety of other guests. Please advise that food will not be provided and ask that you bring the dogs food and water bowls with you. 
• Driving on site: Please do not bring vans or trucks to the site. Although we take the security of our site very seriously we do not accept responsibility for any theft, criminal damage or damaged caused to guests property by third parties.
• Antisocial and disruptive behaviour: Although, we want our guests to enjoy there stay, we ask that all guests respect other guests, the site and ask that noise is kept to a respectable level. All rubbish is put in the bins provided. Those causing any unreasonable disturbance may be asked to leave the site and no refund will be payable. 
• Use of River: if you or any member of your party are near the river, please note that we do not provide life jackets or have an onsite lifeguard so for your own safety please only go close and keep an eye on children if you are a strong swimmer.
